If IFS is not behaving as expected, it might be due to corrupted local files.

For example if you get a dll file error.

When this happens clearing the local file cache might help:

  1. Close IFS
  2. Delete everything in the following folder (paste the path as it is into the file explorer): 
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0

    If you are unable to delete everything, you have to restart the computer and try again.

  3. Start IFS again and check if the problem has been solved



When you have done this, you will need to re-download all IFS pages you visit.

However, if you want to download all at once, please follow these steps:

  1. Open any IFS EE page
  2. Press in order, not at once: ALT then T then D
  3. In the Debug Console that appears, click on "Download All packages.." under "Tools":
