Please be aware that the document revision fetched from ProArc is now conditioned by the value in "Update Revision" column.
If the value in "Update Revision" is Fixed, pdf file of the exact revision attached to the activity will be fetched from ProArc.
If the value in "Update Revision" is Latest Revision and there is a newer acceptable revision of the document (with one of the allowed revision statuses containing pdf file marked with V in To Client/IFS) in ProArc, this newer version of the pdf file will be used in the Job Card.
See the example of the document AP-M11-PI-075.002\G23BA001 for G23BA001.QL47AA0002.01. Since the value under "Update Revision" is Fixed, pdf from revision 01 will be used in Job Card even though there already exists revision 02 for the document AP-M11-PI-075.002\G23BA001 in ProArc.
Previously the latest acceptable revision of the document found in ProArc was always used when downloading Job Card, even though an older revision of the document was attached to the Activity.
