When editing files in ProArc its important to check if it is set to autosave.
If its set to autosave the file will no longer be stored in the correct folder it needs to in order to be imported back to ProArc, when you are done with the editing.
Ensure that the file opened in any of your office programs (word,excel, visio etc.) is set as it is showing below.
For reference it should not be set at as the picture is showing below:
If your file was on autosave and stored a different place than the ProArc folder, you will need to save over the existing file in the L: drive folder if you have done any editing you want to keep.
Navigate to Proarc folder L: and find the file that is corresponding with the file name you have open. Then copy/paste the file you are working on in to this folder and selecting “Copy and replace” in the popup window.
You can also use the “save as” in the file itself and navigate to the ProArc folder from there.
