If you wish to add an existing email conversation to your ticket, here is how to do it:
- Retrieve the ID for the ticket you wish to forward to.
The ticket number can be found in the upper left corner when viewing the ticket:
- Forward the existing mail to [email protected] with "[#<Ticket ID>]" at the start of the subject.
An example can be seen below for ticket "INC-10".
Now the email thread should be added to your ticket.
